Cancellation Policy: A 100% refund applies if written cancellation is requested 60 or more calendar days prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations after 60 calendar days prior to arrival shall be non-refundable. For cancellations which fall during the holiday season a 90-day cancellation policy applies; if cancellation takes place 90 or more days prior to date of arrival a 100% refund applies. If holiday season cancellation takes place within 90 calendar days of the arrival date, it shall be non-refundable, and the rented days cannot be accredited to alternative ones.
