On its two levels, you will find a perfect combination of luxury and comfort. Each of the four bedrooms is meticulously decorated, ensuring privacy and restful sleep. Imagine preparing meals in a full-service kitchen while your companions relax in the spacious outdoor dining area or in the open living room. It also features a private pool and BBQ grill to complete your sunny days of fun and relaxation. The villa, located near the Kupuri Beach Club, offers tranquility without sacrificing access to the best amenities in the area. Villa Azul is more than an accommodation; it is a romantic and peaceful retreat, ideal for enjoying memorable moments in Punta Mita. Bedroom Configuration: Master Suite – Ocean View: One (1) King size bed, ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 - Ocean View: One (1) King size bed, ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 - Ocean View: Two (2) Queen size bed, ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4 - Ocean View: One (1) Queen size beds and (2) individual bed (bunk bed), ensuite bathroom. Included services: - Daily housekeeping - Cook for breakfast and lunch (food and beverages are not included) - 6-seater golf cart - Concierge services - Punta Mita Premier Golf Membership (additional fees apply) Please note: Gratuities for the staff are not included and are kindly recommended based on your experience. Iyari is an exclusive gated community on Punta Mita’s north-facing coastline, overlooking the beautiful Litibú Bay. Surrounded by lush landscapes, it offers privacy, tranquility, and stunning ocean views. Conveniently located just minutes from the beach and the village of Punta de Mita, the villa is only 45 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport and 20 minutes from major shopping centers. Method of payment available is via wire transfer. One-night reimbursable security deposit required. Cancellation policy: A 100% refund applies if written cancellation is requested 60 or more calendar days prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations made less than 60 calendar days prior to arrival shall be non-refundable. For cancellations which fall during the holiday season, a 90-day cancellation policy applies; if cancellation takes place 90 or more days prior to the date of arrival, a 100% refund applies. If a holiday season cancellation takes place within 90 calendar days of the arrival date, it shall be non-refundable, and the rented days cannot be credited to alternative dates. House rules: Suitable for children (2-12 years old). Enter and leave the property at the times marked by check-in and check-out. Always treat service staff with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident on the property. After 22:00 hrs, loud music is not allowed, and we ask to maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation. Eating in the pool area is not allowed. Do not bring food into the bedrooms. Shoes are not allowed on the sofas. Suitable for infants (under 2 years old). Minors are not allowed to drive vehicles within the condominium. No pets allowed.
