Please choose this first and if needed, street parking is available. - Fully stocked kitchen with a drip coffee maker - Living room - Backyard, BBQ grill, and hot tub Note: - No Pets (due to severe pet allergies from the homeowners) - For travelers with Service Animals, this is not a safe home for pets as the road leads to a main road that is unsafe for pets and can be accessed from the outside of the home - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities. - No Pets - Hot tub use and outdoor activities are prohibited between 9PM-8AM Santa Cruz, California, is a coastal town with a unique blend of natural beauty and vibrant culture. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property. - Please note: The Murray Street Bridge near this property is under construction, which may slow traffic on the main road. - The queen bedroom on the second floor has an interior window overlooking the living room below. It can be closed for privacy but may not be ideal for very young children unattended. -We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you. - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc.). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
