Cars will need to be parked front to back. There is free street parking available, however keep in mind a spot may be hard to come by during the busy months. - Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip & Keurig coffee maker - Living room - Back deck with outdoor seating, a fire pit, and a BBQ Note: - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities. - NO PETS - Down alternative pillows and comforter - Outdoor activities are prohibited from 9PM-8AM Santa Cruz, California, is a coastal town with a unique blend of natural beauty and vibrant culture.
