The home sits moments from an iconic surf break, perfect for sunrise sessions, watching experienced locals carve the waves, or soaking in the energy of the coast. - Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests - 3 bedrooms - 1 King bed, 1 Full bed, 2 Twin beds - 2 bathrooms - Guests may comfortably park up to two vehicles in the side driveway. If space is needed for a third car, you’re welcome to open the driveway gate to make additional room. - Free street parking is also available. Please note that overnight parking across the street is not permitted. - Fully stocked kitchen with drip coffee maker - Living room - Laundry available onsite - Backyard with BBQ and shed to access beach gear. - After the initial 3 steps at the entry, the home is all on one level, with grab bars installed in both showers for safety. Note: - No parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities. - No pets - Outdoor activities are prohibited between 9PM-8AM - Please move the BBQ to the uncovered backyard and away from the house before use for fire safety. - Overnight parking across the street from the property is not permitted. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you. - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.
