The home comfortably sleeps 14 people – and all 5 bedrooms having a connected bathroom. The home features a large upper-floor primary bedroom with a private primary bathroom and screened lanai. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms feature full/twin bunk beds, and large closets . The 4th bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath. The 5th bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bath. The 4th and 5th bedrooms have private entrances off the relaxing pool and courtyard areas! Plenty of private space for parents to relax in the three primary suites! The home has everything you need to enjoy meals at home when you’re not walking to Captiva Village restaurant (a few hundred feet away!) or nearby Sanibel Island, including a fully stocked kitchen and a Weber grill. Policies include, but are not limited, to a 4% credit card / debit card convenience fee and $255.00 cancellation fee (plus applicable tax).You may cancel your reservation up to 120 days before arrival and your payments (excluding the reservation fee and applicable tax) will be refunded. After this date, no cancellations are allowed and no refunds will be made.
