The house is within walking distance of all of Captiva's unique restaurants, quaint shops, art galleries, and a day spa, and the beach is only 300 yards away with direct access off of Wightman Lane. When not on the beach, walk to the Mucky Duck for live music, a sunset drink, or dinner in Captiva. Sanibel is just a short drive away, with its shops, restaurants, bike paths and amazing shelling. Enjoy the Ding Darling Wildlife reserve, where you can view rare birds and other wildlife. Policies include, but are not limited, to a 4% credit card / debit card convenience fee and $255.00 cancellation fee (plus applicable tax).You may cancel your reservation up to 120 days before arrival and your payments(excluding the reservation fee and applicable tax) will be refunded. After this date, no cancellations are allowed and no refunds will be made.
