The main level south porch (shown left and right) is furnished and makes an excellent place to take morning coffee, read a book, or share a game in the fine Captiva weather. The primary suite has a private porch overlooking the pool and backyard. ?Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan and cable TV. Policies include, but are not limited, to a 4% credit card / debit card convenience fee and $255.00 cancellation fee (plus applicable tax). You may cancel your reservation up to 120 days before arrival and your payments (excluding the reservation fee and applicable tax) will be refunded. After this date, no cancellations are allowed and no refunds will be made.
