The main entrance brings you into the large dining room seating eight. On the right opens the bright family room with many large windows, comfortable seating and the entertainment area. The home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and will sleep 8 at ease. Upstairs are two large bedrooms, one with a king en-suite and large sitting area and the second primary with a queen en-suite. Stairs lead down from the main level to the pool and patio area, featuring a long and narrow, private, heated pool. The large screen enclosure also covers the patio and shaded cook-out area (large gas grill, outdoor shower and dining table). Lika Laika is in a perfect location right in the heart of the Captiva village. You would be near shops, restaurants, activities, and the beach! Also, given the home is located on Laika Lane you would have private beach access only accessible to those staying on Laika Lane.
