The home features two living and dining areas, an office, and an outdoor shaded living/dining area complete with a wet bar and grill, perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze. The property's two rooftop terraces offer panoramic views of the ocean, making every moment an opportunity to bask in nature's beauty. The expansive lawn is ideal for games, overlooking the iconic 17th fairway. Surrounded by white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters, this enclave offers a paradisiacal experience for travelers seeking rest and sophistication. Among its most notable attractions are world-class golf courses, such as the famous Pacifico Golf Course designed by Jack Nicklaus, as well as top-tier surfing experiences on the region's waves. This captivating destination invites visitors to enjoy a serene and sophisticated atmosphere, where natural beauty harmoniously combines with luxury and relaxation. A $15,000 USD reimbursable security deposit is required. Casa Vatule offers grocery shopping service, with a 10% service fee over the final bill to be paid directly to the house. *$650 USD/day per adult for a group with more than 10 adults; not applicable to youth under 16 years of age. Cancellation policy: All payments made by Guest shall be NONREFUNDABLE once delivered to Owner. All reasonable attempts will be made to re-rent the Property. Provided the Property is re-rented, the original Guests will receive 100% of the amount of the re-rental for each night of the original Rental Period that the Property is re-rented. House rules: Suitable for children (2-12 years). Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check-in and check-out. Always treat service personnel with respect and dignity. Immediately notify about any damage or incident to the property. After 10 pm, loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation. Eating is not allowed in the pool. Do not put food in the bedrooms. It is not allowed to get on the couches with shoes. Suitable for infants (less than 2). Use of the golf course is strictly prohibited for all guests except golfers with a reserved tee time. Guests who wish to access the shoreline/ocean are strictly prohibited from crossing the golf course anywhere other than the designated legal crossing, which is directly in front of the property behind the ladies’ tee box. The property manager will show guests the legal crossing between the property and the shoreline/ocean. Punta Mita Master Condominium and Valen Tulah Leighton, S. de R.L. de C.V. have a zero tolerance policy. Should guests trespass the golf course, they will be escorted from the property immediately and will be subject to a fine. This applies to all guests, including youth. No pets allowed.
