While you're welcome to have visitors, please note that in compliance with city regulations, the unit cannot host more than six people overnight at any given time. Over occupancy may result in eviction. 🎉 Gatherings While we want you to enjoy your time in Colorado Springs, out of consideration for other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict "No Party" policy. 🔕 Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for ensuring the behavior of all individuals in their unit. 🚗 Parking Ample free street parking is available in the area, along with plenty of space in the pull-thru driveway. 🚭 Smoking Smoking of any kind is prohibited in the unit. A minimum penalty fee of $300 will be applied if smoking is detected in your apartment during your reservation period. ⏰ Check-In / Check-Out Check-in time begins at 4pm, and check-out time is before 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are subject to availability and can be requested one day in advance. Additional fees may apply. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels!
