Both are private and located in our large fenced backyard. The hot tub fits 3 people and is professionally maintained, while the propane fire pit offers a cozy lounge area without the hassle of hauling wood. Is there air conditioning for the summer months? To keep you cool during the Colorado summer, we install portable AC units on the main level. Combined with the natural mountain breeze, the home stays very comfortable. What is the parking situation? We offer two dedicated spaces in the driveway.
