For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. Both units are rented out, so please be respectful of the other guests and mindful of noise. You will have your entire private space, including a private backyard. However, the hot tub area is shared with the other guests and is the only shared space. 🔇 Shared Space Etiquette Since this is an upper-unit duplex, please be considerate of the guests in the lower unit. The property layout ensures privacy while promoting a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone. 💧 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub to ensure it is clean and sanitary for all guests. Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains and can be very cold in winter, sometimes as low as 48°. The hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, so if it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day, it may be in the 60s or 70s when you arrive but will be heated to 102° later in the evening. 📜 Permit: A-STR-26-0114
