The Three Houses Each house has its own personality: The Big House Inside you’ll find 4 bedrooms which comfortably sleep fifteen people, and two full bathrooms, one on each floor. The sleeping arrangements are great for accommodating families with kids, multi- generational groups, or friends traveling together. There are two bedrooms downstairs; one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed, and upstairs there are two more large bedrooms; one with two full beds and two extra-long twin beds. The other bedroom has two regular twins, one full bed and a bunk bed equipped with two twin beds. The open-concept living area is bright and welcoming, featuring a comfy seating area, a smart TV for movie nights, and a dining table that is equipped with a leaf to accommodate more guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cooking essentials, and even a coffee station to start your mornings right. NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside. Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay. Dog Policy: This house is dog friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance! Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals. Type of Cooling for the Home Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness. We requests guests to close the front window shades in the afternoon, as it will help keep the heat out as the front of the house will have direct sun until the sun goes down behind the mountains and to close them at night during winter months to keep the cold out. Please do not open any of the front of the house windows, if you are wanting to cross breeze, please open basement patio door, close screen door and use the whole house fan in the upstairs hall to allow cool air when it is cooler outside, or enjoy the AC. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited. Reminders About the Property -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area. -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
