60 m² on one level. The terrace is the part that changes the stay, so start there. Terrace Private and long, running the width of the flat: gas barbecue, a dining table and chairs, with the lake and the town in front. Bedrooms · Main bedroom: king bed with bedside tables, a Smart TV and a picture window onto the water. · Second bedroom: two single beds, bedside tables and a window. Bathrooms Two full bathrooms. Both have a glass-screened shower and a wooden vanity unit, and a hairdryer is provided. Living and dining A sofa under a floor lamp, a Smart TV with cable and a full-height window. Four sit at the dining table beside the kitchen, and it is a good surface for a laptop. Kitchen Open to the dining area, with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, plus kettle, coffee maker and toaster, pots, dishes, glasses and wine glasses. In the building A heated indoor pool open all year, a sheltered Patagonian garden courtyard, a bike rack, a laundry room, lift and a front desk staffed around the clock. Private underground parking is included (not suitable for large cars).
