As part of our reservation process, we require a security deposit to ensure the care of the property. Guests may choose to provide their credit card details through a secure link; in this case, the amount of €250 will not be blocked on the card. Only if damage is reported will the corresponding amount be charged, up to a maximum of 7 days after check-out. Alternatively, guests may opt for a non-refundable Security Deposit Waiver of €40, which covers any accidental damage during the stay and avoids the need to provide credit card details. This process must be completed no later than 14 days before arrival. Parking available, extra cost of €5 per day and a 5-minute walk from the apartment's location. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and attention to detail in all of our units. Each unit is professionally cleaned and sanitised after every stay then quality-checked. Please remember that you're staying in a private apartment in a residential building. Please treat our apartment and the neighbors with respect. If any problems arise, let us know. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
