It has an office & reading room where you can find a secretary with a comfortable chair for your telework and an individual sofa where you can enjoy your reading. It has two guest toilets, both with showers. The living room is cozy and has a comfortable sofa and a TV with satellite channels. A fully equipped kitchen. A games room is also at your disposal with Fussball, an ideal place to have fun with family or friends. Ultrafast internet (fiber optic). Private parking for 3 cars. The location of the house allows that, at a short distance from you, you can find: Uma das padaria to be able to buy fresh bread, 2 minutes away by foot. A small supermarket (3 minutes walk). Funchal center and the old city (10 min walk) If you decide to go by car, the center of Funchal will be between 3 to 5 minutes of driving. As part of our reservation process, we require a security deposit to ensure the care of the property. Guests may choose to provide their credit card details through a secure link; in this case, the amount of €500 will not be blocked on the card. Only if damage is reported will the corresponding amount be charged, up to a maximum of 7 days after check-out. Alternatively, guests may opt for a non-refundable Security Deposit Waiver of €75, which covers any accidental damage during the stay and avoids the need to provide credit card details. This process must be completed no later than 14 days before arrival. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and attention to detail in all of our units. Each unit is professionally cleaned and sanitised after every stay then quality-checked. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
