Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable. Within 59 days or less, refunds won’t apply. • Dec 18th – Jan 5th and Thanksgiving Week: 50% of the total amount is required at time of booking, this amount is non-refundable. Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival. No date changes will be allowed for this season. Date changes will only be allowed if force majeure limits travel; this change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation. No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes. NOTE: US$ 150 administration fee applies for all full refunds if payment was by wire transfer. If payment was made by credit card, a 4% processing fee of the paid amount will be retained. ________________________________________ RULES • No Hookahs: Hookah use is prohibited on the property • Age Requirement: The reservation holder must be 25 years or older • Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am • This is a no-smoking property • No pets allowed • Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed • The use of any outside vendors—including but not limited to private chefs, event planners, photographers, or external golf cart providers—may be subject to additional fees.
