The apartment has a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped to whip up any meal of the day, and at the dining table so you can enjoy a sit-down meal. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon wine on the private balcony, and with high-speed Wi-Fi, entertainment is always just a click away! For those who love a refreshing dip, the spacious pool within the condominium awaits. Secure parking is also available for one car, ensuring peace of mind throughout your stay. Dive into the heart of Puerto Vallarta and make memories that will last a lifetime! This is a lovely area where you can walk to nearby restaurants, pharmacies, taquerias, CrossFit, TRX, yoga, a local market, and to the pathway along the river that will take you to the beach! There’s a Walmart and Sam’s Club nearby, and the city center is 15 minutes away by car. The guests from Sand Pacific will get a margarita drink per person as a courtesy at the beach club Mangos. There will be no entrance of the beach club, and the minimum consumption required is just a meal. Guests will have to book in advance directly to Mangos Beach club. Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. - Please note there's ongoing construction happening nearby. You're likely to hear construction noise during working hours, Mon - Sat from 8 am to 6 pm. - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. - Check-in is available from 4 PM to 11 PM. Please plan your arrival within this time frame, as entry to the community cannot be granted before or after this hour. - Check-out is at 12 pm. Extending beyond this time will result in a penalty fee. - Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. Any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout. - No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $50 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - Pets are not allowed. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - The bracelets must be returned at departure. Lost bracelets or not returning them results in a penalty of $2,000 MXN per bracelet. - A Pack n’ Play travel crib and highchair are available upon request. They must be reserved before check-in. - A beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, and a cooler are available for rent upon request with prior notice. - The parking spaces are compact and, unfortunately, cannot accommodate large vehicles or trailers.
