It is located at the entrance to the property and is a full one bedroom apartment space located above the garage. – High Season: $150 USD per night – Low Season: $130 USD per night – Christmas/NYE: $175 USD per night All plus additional taxes • The villa has 9 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms • Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am • Children accepted • No pets • No student or bachelor party type groups • No unregistered guests allowed in the villa • Events accepted with prior owner approval (maximum 70 guests and minimum of 5 nights rental required; please enquire direct for a quote) Sunday is the staff’s normal day off, so guests will have a smaller secondary staff. They will still offer a fantastic family-style breakfast and then a smaller simpler lunch or some appetizers. Note that the rates for this villa are dynamic and likely to change.
