Escape to this beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bath home in Aptos by Rio Del Mar Beach! Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from two balconies, a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living spaces, and designated parking. This home has a 30-day minimum stay and is equipped with kitchen essentials, a washer and dryer, beach toys, a BBQ, and access to a shared pool in the complex (managed by the HOA). All utilities included with 430 MBPS internet. Pet Friendly! The complex pool is heated from Memorial Day to Labor Day. - Comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests - 4 Bedrooms - 1 King bed, 2 Queens, 1 Full, 3 Twins (bunk beds) - 3 bathrooms - This home includes one reserved parking spot in the driveway. There is room for one small car in the garage. Plus, there are two parking permits for the complex’s parking lot and free street parking conveniently located just a short walk away. - Fully stocked kitchen w/ a drip coffee maker (Coffee not included) - Living room with stunning ocean views! - 3 balconies - includes outdoor seating, a firepit & a BBQ - Access to a shared pool in the complex (managed by the HOA). The complex pool is heated from Memorial Day to Labor Day. It is not heated the rest of the year. - The home is stocked with a Supply Starter Kit. This kit includes commonly used items like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, propane tank, etc. Once these items are diminished, we are available to restock for an additional cost. Please notify us if you are interested in this. Note: - There is a spiral staircase to get upstairs with no baby gates. Please note, especially if you are booking with children. - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable). - This home is pet friendly for 1 dog (30 lbs or less) for a $25/night fee. This fee will be added after the booking is confirmed and the initial booking is paid for -- Let us know if you want to bring your Dog! We are not able to host any other types of pets at this home. - Down alternative pillows and comforters - Pool use & outdoor activities are prohibited during the hours of 9PM-8AM Aptos is a coastal gem nestled in Santa Cruz County. With its stunning beaches, including Rio del Mar and Seacliff State Beach, it's a haven for sun-seekers and surf enthusiasts. This charming town boasts a laid-back vibe, a mix of boutique shops, and a vibrant dining scene, making it a perfect destination for a relaxing vacation. The iconic Cement Ship at Seacliff Beach is a must-see, and nearby forested parks like Nisene Marks offer hiking and biking trails. Aptos combines natural beauty, small-town charm, and easy access to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk, creating an ideal coastal escape for visitors. This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property. - Due to the nature of the area and HOA restrictions on regular pest control, you may encounter ants during your stay. We have traps in place, but they may not fully resolve the issue. Please let us know if it becomes bothersome during your stay, and we will gladly arrange for additional assistance. - There is a spiral staircase to get upstairs in the house. Please keep this in mind if you're visiting with little ones, as there are no baby gates installed. - The share pool in the complex is comfortably heated (approx. 82-84 degrees) from Memorial Day through Labor Day, offering a refreshing swim in the warmer months. Outside of this period, it’s unheated, but still open for those who love a brisk dip! - We have landscapers, pest service, pool, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals outside the unit to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you. - TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels. - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason. -By booking this home, you agree to a $2,500 Security Deposit authorization hold on your card that will run 2 days before you check out and if there are no damages, will be released in full 7 days later automatically. If there are damages found, the funds from the hold will be used to replace or repair broken or missing items or for additional cleaning up to, but not limited to the maximum security hold (only applies to bookings not made through Airbnb)
