There is no reserved parking space for this home. Please note that during the busier months, the area can get crowded and street parking may be limited. - Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip & Keurig coffee maker - Living room Note: - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities. - NO PETS - Down alternative pillows and comforter - Outdoor activities are prohibited between 9PM-8AM - For safety reasons, the fireplace is not permitted for use Aptos is a coastal gem nestled in Santa Cruz County. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property. - Please note: There is no reserved parking at the house, and street parking can be limited—especially during the busy summer months. You may need to park a short walk away. - We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you. - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc).
