Perfect for families With six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and multiple communal spaces, this home comfortably accommodates larger families or groups traveling together. The blend of indoor comfort and outdoor leisure ensures that every member—from kids to grandparents—finds their favorite spot to relax and recharge. Whether you’re chasing the magic of theme parks or simply seeking a luxurious retreat to unwind, this villa offers the space, amenities, and convenient location to turn your Orlando getaway into a lasting memory. The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex. A wave simulator offers a perfect opportunity to learn how to surf, or, if you are a seasoned surfer, show off your skills. The little ones will prefer the splash pad for some fun in the sun. Why not join them and let your inner child come out to play? When it’s time to take a break everyone will love to cool off with an ice-cream from the Solara Resort ice-cream parlor or a cold drink from the bar by the pool. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Our grill is a propane grill. Please be advised that propane is provided by the guests. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, we provide a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding!
