Step inside this two story townhouse designed for up to 11 guests. With 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms plus a half bath, two living areas and a private screened pool, there’s plenty of room for families and groups to gather and recharge. First Floor Enter into the open living and dining area, where comfortable seating and a TV create a natural gathering spot. The fully equipped kitchen connects to the space with an American style island, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Bedroom 1: Queen bed, TV and private full bathroom Private Pool: Step outside to the screened pool and outdoor area, where you can swim, relax and enjoy downtime between theme park days. A half bathroom with convenient access from the pool area means you won’t need to walk through the main living spaces while enjoying the pool. Second Floor Head upstairs to the loft entertainment area, furnished with a sofa bed and TV for another place to relax. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV and private full bathroom Bedroom 3: Mickey themed bunk room, full bottom, single top and TV Bedroom 4: Harry Potter themed room, two single beds, TV and private full bathroom Bedroom 5: Frozen themed room with two single beds and TV Hallway Bathroom: Full bathroom with shower, providing convenient access for the bedrooms without private bathrooms Laundry: A dedicated laundry room is also available on this level, making it easy to refresh clothes during longer stays. Solara Resort: During your stay, enjoy access to Solara Resort’s heated grand pool, water park and splash pad, fitness center, sports courts and FlowRider surf simulator, where a fee may apply. Kids can enjoy the playground and teen and tween hangout, while an on site bar and grill, coffee bar and convenience store make relaxed resort days easy.

Pool & BBQ - Pool heating is available (Winter only) for $50 USD/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature. - A BBQ grill (propane not included) is also available for an additional fee. Please request it at least 48 hours before arrival. What You'll Find When You Arrive - Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered. Good to Know Before You Arrive - Washcloths are not provided. - We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way. - The property is not responsible for natural disasters, power outages, internet interruptions, or any events beyond our control. - This is a self-catering home. A starter pack is provided, but please plan ahead to purchase additional groceries, toiletries, and supplies for longer stays. - A Pack ’n Play and high chair are available free of charge upon request with at least 72 hours’ notice. House Guidelines - Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. - No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $500 USD fine applies. - Pets are allowed upon request, with a maximum of 2 pets per house. A pet fee applies. - Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families. - No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds. - This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level. - We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture. Booking Requirements - Lead guest must be 21 or older. - A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation. - Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay. - Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout, provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.) Safety & Damages - Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only. - Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.
