With large, windowed patio doors you can enjoy the beach breeze or relax on the sofa and take in all the views. Enjoy watching TV on the couch or chairs while visiting with family or friends. Step up from the living room into the kitchen equipped with everything you need to make a beach vacation meal. Gather around the dining table that looks out towards the beach. *Fireplaces are inoperable* This three-bedroom unit has plenty of room for the whole family! The master bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms share the hall bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and views of Catalina from your balcony, have a morning cup of coffee or wind down after a day at the beach. Fire up the BBQ and create wonderful memories with your family. **One car parking space in shared garage. This is a subterranean grade, and extremely steep. We recommend low profile vehicles. Activity offerings are seasonal and may include whale watching, harbor cruises, E-BIKE rentals, kayaks & paddle boards, and electric boat rentals. Other Important Details: - Thanks to our cool coastal breeze, most Newport Beach homes do not have air conditioning (AC). Every home comes with fans so you can open the windows and enjoy the beach air like a local. If AC is important to you, please double check if it is listed as an amenity. - Parking is provided at your rental unit. However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach. - We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. By city rule, construction is only permitted Monday through Friday, 7am to 6:30pm. *Refunds or credits will not be issued for any of the disclaimers above.* STLP10407 -10 pm noise curfew ordinance Strictly enforced by Newport Beach Police -Must be 26 or older to book -Must provide your email and be able to access our company online portal for house info. -No parties or gatherings. -We try our best to keep updated on remodels/construction happening around our vacation units. LIMITED RIGHTS OF OCCUPANCY Guest is granted a limited, temporary right to occupy the Property only for the dates and times stated in the confirmed reservation and may not establish or claim tenancy or residency, create or present an unauthorized lease, transfer occupancy, or remain beyond the authorized check-out time. Guest and all occupants and visitors must comply with the City of Newport Beach Good Neighbor Policy, Newport Beach Municipal Code, and all applicable City, State, and federal laws; any citation or violation issued by City Code Enforcement, Newport Beach Police, or other authorized authority may result in immediate termination and eviction with NO REFUND, to the fullest extent permitted by law, in accordance with NBMC Chapter 5.95, including applicable permit-revocation provisions. Upon expiration or lawful termination of the reservation, Guest and all occupants must immediately vacate the Property, and remaining at, entering, or re-entering the Property without authorization may constitute criminal trespass under California Penal Code § 602. Trespass is generally a misdemeanor and may be punishable by up to six (6) months in county jail and/or a fine of up to $1,000 pursuant to California Penal Code §§ 19 and 602.
