This 2 story back unit allows vacationers to enjoy bay front living at its finest. With a beautifully designed open-air layout, vacationers have found the perfect family or romantic home. Luxury Fili D’Oro linens and towels are thoughtfully provided for every bed and every guest! This back unit is loft style, with 2 bedrooms on the upper level, with a view of the harbor out the floor to ceiling windows of the unit. Please note that with this being a loft style unit, the bedrooms do not have separating doors and the upper large bay windows do not have coverings. The master bedroom, while on the second floor, is open to the living space below. The second bedroom is more private, with an enclosed stairwell tucked away past the kitchen. 2 full baths in the unit, 1 in the master bedroom and the other downstairs near the full kitchen and open living area. There is a 1 car garage, including a washer and dryer at the foot of the stairs of the entry of the home. The garage can also be accessed through a stairway with access from the dining area of the unit. Explore the beach on the Balboa Peninsula via the ferry off Agate Ave. The Balboa Village and Balboa Pier are also a short ferry ride away. On the Balboa Peninsula you can relax along the pristine beaches, go surfing nearby, check out the Balboa Fun Zone, and grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants. The walkability of the property is excellent, and the premises is a close stroll away from the Marine Ave. shops and restaurants that make Balboa Island a worldwide vacation destination. As our guest, enjoy complimentary local experiences curated to help you make the most of Newport Beach. Activity offerings are seasonal and may include whale watching, harbor cruises, E-BIKE rentals, kayaks & paddle boards, and electric boat rentals. Other Important Details: - Thanks to our cool coastal breeze, most Newport Beach homes do not have air conditioning (AC). Every home comes with fans so you can open the windows and enjoy the beach air like a local. If AC is important to you, please double check if it is listed as an amenity. - Parking is provided at your rental unit. However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach. - We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. LIMITED RIGHTS OF OCCUPANCY Guest is granted a limited, temporary right to occupy the Property only for the dates and times stated in the confirmed reservation and may not establish or claim tenancy or residency, create or present an unauthorized lease, transfer occupancy, or remain beyond the authorized check-out time. Guest and all occupants and visitors must comply with the City of Newport Beach Good Neighbor Policy, Newport Beach Municipal Code, and all applicable City, State, and federal laws; any citation or violation issued by City Code Enforcement, Newport Beach Police, or other authorized authority may result in immediate termination and eviction with NO REFUND, to the fullest extent permitted by law, in accordance with NBMC Chapter 5.95, including applicable permit-revocation provisions. Upon expiration or lawful termination of the reservation, Guest and all occupants must immediately vacate the Property, and remaining at, entering, or re-entering the Property without authorization may constitute criminal trespass under California Penal Code § 602. Trespass is generally a misdemeanor and may be punishable by up to six (6) months in county jail and/or a fine of up to $1,000 pursuant to California Penal Code §§ 19 and 602.
