As part of our reservation process, we require a security deposit to ensure the care of the property. Guests may choose to provide their credit card details through a secure link; in this case, the amount of €250 will not be blocked on the card. Only if damage is reported will the corresponding amount be charged, up to a maximum of 7 days after check-out. Alternatively, guests may opt for a non-refundable Security Deposit Waiver of €40, which covers any accidental damage during the stay and avoids the need to provide credit card details. This process must be completed no later than 14 days before arrival. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and attention to detail in all of our units.
