Medusa is a Greek name that means “guardian or protector.” Greek mythology has many captivating stories about the Medusa, a beautiful maiden and sensual priestess of the Temple of Athena, Goddess of Wisdom. Poseidon, God of the Sea, could not resist her attractiveness and undeniable eroticism. Upon learning of this act, the Goddess Athena, enraged, turned her beautiful hair into snakes so that no one could touch her again. Whoever dared meet her gaze would turn to stone forever until she was decapitated by Perseus while she slept. This suite will become your new guardian, turning anyone who dares interrupt your sleep into stone. We start with a King Size Bed that embraces you and makes you feel like a Greek deity with plenty of pillows and blankets. A black steel skeleton protects your sleep and the bed, injecting it with sensuality and sophistication. At the foot of the bed, there’s a beautiful gray nubuck futon with a piano mat that jealousy surrounds the entire bed. On the other side, a table with a couple of chairs invites reflection of the landscapes offered by the window. The lighting highlights the beautiful crown molding that looks like a Greek vase. There’s a full private bathroom with marble finish that could have been made by Medusa herself. A Smart TV with all the streaming apps, a coffee machine, a minibar and a sofa (that turns into a sofa bed) complete the space so you have everything you need. Across the suite is a titanic walk-in closet ending with a portrait of the suite’s character. The mansion is a marvel on its own. It offers you the following spaces: - A fantastic lobby with the house’s original elements: columns and a chimney with details carved in stone, just like those who stared at Medusa. - A gorgeous garden with many spots to relax. - A cool lounge with a pool table and an honesty bar! Campos Elíseos is the most beautiful and spectacular street in the emblematic neighborhood of Polanco. Within walking distance you’ll find the most amazing locations. Lincoln Park is just a few blocks away. Chapultepec Park is also nearby, where you’ll find the iconic castle, the Anthropology Museum, and the Rufino Tamayo Museum. From the most delicious restaurants and cafes, to the trendiest bars and high-end stores. From iconic museums to amazing malls, you’ll never run out of things to do in Polanco! There are countless more places to visit in Polanco, such as the Carso block. Here you’ll find the Antara Shopping Mall, the Inbursa Aquarium and the Soumaya Museum. In addition, Polanco is extremely central and is close to Reforma, Condesa, Roma Norte and other neighborhoods of great interest.
