The home also sits adjacent to Bowmans Beach, a well-worn grass path leads directly from the house to Sanibel's incredible west end beaches without ever crossing a road. The beach is literally in the back yard! Native vegetation abounds, providing great privacy, wildlife sightings, and tropical greenery. Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 2 Queen beds, (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, heated pool & spa, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill. Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience. Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement. Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
