All south tower suites face away from the parking area, with most capturing picturesque ocean views. Perched on the 14th floor, this condominium provides a breathtaking view of the tidal creek and Atlantic Ocean. Spanning approximately 1200 square feet, the 2-bedroom/2-bath unit includes a full-size washer and dryer conveniently located just inside the entry door. The entertaining area, beyond the kitchen, encompasses a dining area, a living area, and a spacious oceanfront balcony. The living area, adorned with ample seating, opens to the balcony through a large sliding glass door. The unit features two separate bedrooms and both bedrooms offer direct access to a full bathroom. The master bedroom, designed as a suite, ensures full privacy with its own bathroom, large closet, and a small balcony housing a king-sized bed. The second bedroom, also furnished with a king-sized bed, has shared access to the other full bathroom and the expansive main balcony.
