Bathrooms · Two full bathrooms, one with a hairdryer and a mirror over the washbasin. Living and dining A sofa with a colourful rug, a glass coffee table and a dining table for four with upholstered chairs. TV and Wi-Fi, and the dining table works for a laptop. Kitchen Hob, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and blender, with dishes, wine glasses and cookware. Terrace Furnished and open to the street, with a clear view across the neighbourhood. In the building Gym, lift, front desk with access control, and private parking included for a small or medium car. Practical Air conditioning in the main bedroom and the living room, heating, portable fans and an iron.
