The kitchen opens onto the dining area over a breakfast bar, and the roof holds a pool facing the cordillera, a gym and a barbecue area. Metro Los Leones is a short walk.

Kitchen Timber units with a breakfast bar onto the dining area: hob, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and blender, with baking trays, pans, dishes and wine glasses. Terrace A table and a high table with stools, over the neighbouring buildings and the street. In the building A rooftop pool with the cordillera in view, open in summer from December to March, a gym, a co-working room, a barbecue area, a shared lounge with a TV, a bike store and a children's area. A private space for a small or medium car is included. Practical Air conditioning in the living room, heating and an iron.
