Living and dining A leather sofa, a coffee table, a framed print, and a table for four under a pendant lamp, with a mirror and open shelves alongside. Fibre broadband, TV, and a table that works for a laptop. Kitchen Set into the dining side: ceramic hob, built-in oven and microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and blender, with baking trays, pans, dishes and wine glasses. Terrace A table and chairs facing the trees, with the city beyond. In the building Lift, front desk, a path to the entrance lit at night, a wardrobe on the landing, and an assigned parking space included. Practical Air conditioning in the bedroom, heating, portable fans, extra pillows and blankets, and an iron. .Important... There are NO elevators until further notice due to repairs due to the storm, while they are located on the 3rd floor and only 2 floors of stairs must be climbed
