A desk and chair on the second floor, ideal for working from home. Bathrooms · Two bathrooms with showers upstairs, one with a fitted vanity unit. · A guest toilet by the entrance. Living and dining One open room: a sofa, a TV, a long table for six under a pendant lamp, a bench along one side, and a full-height window onto the terrace. Cable channels, Wi-Fi, blackout blinds, and a table that works for a laptop. Kitchen Open to the dining table: hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, a capsule coffee maker, toaster and blender, with baking trays, pans, cutlery, dishes and wine glasses. Terrace Sofas and chairs among the plants, a timber screen for privacy, and a barbecue with its own utensils, over the neighbourhood and the city.
