Our spacious, sun-filled condo features one bedroom with a Queen Bed and ensuite bathroom, and a second bedroom with a Queen Bed—Fully equipped for your tropical getaway. Modern and cozy beach aesthetics with an open-concept layout. Perfect for couples, families, surfers, or digital nomads looking for a beach getaway and a vibrant beach community experience. THE CONDO: Just a 3-minute walk to the beach, surrounded by sea and nature. Located on the 1st floor of Apartment Tower B, with views of open skies and greenery. BEDROOMS: Complete bedding, linens, pillows, and blackout curtains. Bedroom 1: Queen Size Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Size Bed BATHROOMS: Full bathrooms with essential toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and extra toilet paper). KITCHEN: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances: fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Includes cooking utensils, cookware, cutlery, wine glasses, and serving ware. *Welcoming package includes Panamanian coffee beans, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, dishwasher capsules (4), dish soap, a new sponge, and trash bags (3). LIVING SPACES: Integrated interiors with modern furnishings. Comfortable living area with a sofa and flat-screen TV with Netflix. Dining table seats 4. The balcony offers additional dining space with a large table for 4 and two lounge chairs. GENERAL: Wifi. A/C in every room (3 units). Complete laundry facilities with washer/dryer.
