Requests should be made 48 hours in advance ________________________________________ PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY Jan 6 – Dec 17: • 50% of total amount due at booking; balance due 60 days prior to arrival. • Cancellations 60 days or more before arrival are refundable. • Within 59 days or less, refunds do not apply. Dec 18 – Jan 5 & Thanksgiving Week: • 50% of total amount due at booking (non-refundable). • Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. • No date changes allowed, unless force majeure prevents travel (valid for 11 months from cancellation). • No refunds for seasonal rate changes. Note: A US$150 administration fee applies to all full refunds if paid via wire transfer. If paid via credit card, a 4% processing fee will be retained. ________________________________________ RULES • No Hookahs: Hookah use is prohibited on the property. • Age Requirement: Reservation holder must be 25 years or older. • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. • No smoking. • No pets allowed. • Total number of occupants must not exceed the quoted number unless agreed. • The use of any outside vendors—including but not limited to private chefs, event planners, photographers, or external golf cart providers—may be subject to additional fees. All external services must be approved in advance by property management.
