Property is located on 1th floor with elevator Please note this is non smoking unit , only balcony available for smokers (I did prepare ashtray ) This building is close to the center of Hiroshima, it is a very convenient place. You can enjoy important sightseeing spots, shopping, restaurants, convenience stores, home appliance mass retailers, Hiroshima. Because there are bicycles, cycling of the river city "Hiroshima" is also the best feeling. Scenery along the river that changes with the season. The futon is self service , all the set are in the storage/shelf ,with English label on it , pillow cover ,futon mat, these are real Japanese style , it's super simple you can set up in 2 mins . Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.
