Sleeping Arrangements: • Bedroom 1 (wood flooring): 2 Double beds (sleeps 4 adults) • Bedroom 2 (tatami flooring): 3 Japanese-style single futons (sleeps 3 adults) • Living Room: 1 Large double sofa bed (sleeps 2 adults) Note: The futons and sofa bed are self-service. Clean bedding is provided and stored in the closet. Total Capacity: Up to 9 adults can sleep comfortably. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. 🏠 House Rules • No shoes indoors – Help us keep the space clean and tidy. • No smoking inside the apartment. A $200 USD penalty will be charged by the property management if smoking is detected. • Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. If we receive noise complaints, we may contact you. Repeated disturbances may result in police involvement. Please be considerate of neighbors. ⏰ Check-In & Check-Out • Check-in: From 3:00 PM • Check-out: By 11:00 AM ‼️Please be on time, as we need to prepare the room for the next guests. 🛏 Sofa Bed Setup • The sofa beds are self-service and simple to set up—just 2 minutes! All necessary bedding (clean sheets, duvet covers, futon mats, and pillowcases) is provided and stored neatly in the labeled storage cabinet. 🗑 Garbage Disposal • If the garbage bin becomes full during your stay, please contact me and I will arrange for a staff member to collect it promptly. 🧼 Cleaning & Towels • For stays longer than one night, please use the in-room washing machine to clean towels. • No daily housekeeping is provided during your stay. • The room is professionally cleaned after check-out only. 🧳 Luggage Policy • You are welcome to drop off luggage before check-in. • After check-out, luggage storage is not available — thank you for your understanding. 👥 Additional Guests & Visitors • If you plan to eat in the room or have visitors, please note that they will be counted as additional guests and must be included in your total guest count at the time of booking. ❄️ Comfort & Temperature Control • The apartment is equipped with 1 heater in the common area and air conditioning units in each room, providing both heating and cooling to ensure a comfortable stay year-round. 📷 Security • Security cameras are installed at the building entrance and common areas. • These are for guest safety and to ensure a smooth check-in process.
