If you're looking to spend your time on Peaks Island in a renovated, light filled home with a covered front porch, patio, and incredible ocean views you will find it at 14 Ryefield. The kithen was updated in spring of 2026 and welcomes you to enjoy the new designer appliances. The main floor offers a large living room with expansive ocean views and access to the yard, deck, and patio. Both bedrooms are on the second floor. The master offers sweeping ocean views, a king bed, builtins, and an en suite bath where you'll find the washer and dryer. The additional bedroom with a queen bed is also on the second floor. There is an additional twin trundle bed and bench creating a nice seating area or extra sleeping space in the large hallway on the second floor. Located in a vibrant ocean front neighborhood within walking distance to ferry (15 minutes), shops, restaurants and other services. 50% deposit due at time of reservation. Remaining balance will be charged to card on file May 15. There are no cancellations after March 31. Cancellations prior to March 31 will be refunded less the processing fee. NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES.
