Welcome to Summertime! New to us in 2026, we're delighted to offer this cheery and cozy one bedroom cottage situated on a quiet dead end dirt road just steps to Sandy Beach and adjacent to Greenwood Gardens. Although there is only one proper bedroom, this home lives much larger. There is a spacious living area, a large deck with grill, and large yard with lovely summer shade perfect for games, children's adventuring, and lazing in ocean breezes. Additionally, the living room furniture pulls-out to offer additional sleeping options ideal for children or a last minute addition to your guest. A lovely cottage kitchen with pass-through makes indoor eating a cinch. This home is perfect for friends, couples, or solo travelers who want to be close to everything. The ferry is a quick 10-minute walk, as is Peaks Island's "down front" area where you'll find the shops, eateries, library, and other services. Remaining balance will be charged to card on file May 15. There are no cancellations after March 31. Cancellations prior to March 31 will be refunded less the processing fee. NO SMOKING. NO PARTIES.
