Welcome to The Lookout! This lovely 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home is located one block from the 5th Maine Museum. Two bright bedrooms upstairs, one with full bed and attached office and one bedroom with two full beds, and main floor bedroom with a queen bed comfortably sleep 6. A full kitchen with beautiful windows overlooking the yard and an indoor dining space overlooking the deck provide the perfect backdrop for family meals and extended cups of coffee. But even better is the deck off the living room with gas grill, dining table for 6 and comfortable seating area with view of Hadlock's Cove. *NO SMOKING**NO PETS**NO PARTIES* You will be charged 50% at time of booking and the remaining balance 60 days prior to arrival or no later than June 1. PLEASE BE ASSURED THAT YOU WILL ONLY BE CHARGED 50% UPON BOOKING (unless your stay is booked after June 1 or within 60 days of reservation.) All payments are refundable until April 1 less the processing fee.
