This tropical Villa presents you with one of a kind accommodation experience! The building has 4 bedrooms, 2 rooms of them have King size beds and the other 2 rooms have 2 full size beds. Fully equipped kitchen, extensive living room terrace & dining room, private courtyard with swimming pool. All rooms include air conditioning, TV, private bathroom and walk-in closet. Please note that at least one member of the staff will be staying 24 hours at the villa. Staff members remain in the staff area when not working or during sleeping hours. Remaining 50% due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable; within 59 days or less, refunds will not apply. • Dec 18 – Jan 5 & Thanksgiving Week: 50% of the total amount required at booking (non-refundable). Remaining 50% due 90 days prior to arrival. No date changes will be allowed for this season. Date changes will only be considered in the case of force majeure and will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation. No refunds will be given for seasonal rate changes. Note: A US$ 150 administration fee applies for all full refunds if payment was made via wire transfer. If payment was made by credit card, a 4% processing fee of the paid amount will be retained. ________________________________________ RULES • No hookahs: Hookah use is prohibited on the property. • Age requirement: The reservation holder must be 25 years or older. • Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. • This is a no-smoking property. • No pets allowed. • Total number of occupants must not exceed the quoted number unless agreed in advance. • The use of any outside vendors—including but not limited to private chefs, event planners, photographers, or external golf cart providers—may be subject to additional fees. All external services must be approved in advance by property management.
