Our air conditioning system is designed to maintain a comfortable temperature, but during periods of excessive heat, it may take longer to cool the space to your desired level. Here are a few important guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone: Weight Limit: Dogs must weigh no more than 40 pounds, with a maximum of two dogs allowed in the home. Cleanliness: Please be sure to pick up after your pets in both the backyard and front yard. Pet Fees: A flat fee of $50 applies for stays of 5 days or less. For longer stays, a fee of $15 per day will be charged starting on the 6th day. We currently cannot accommodate your furry pet cats due to housekeeping allergies. We hope you understand.
