A fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and a dedicated workspace with high-speed WiFi meet all your needs. Escape the ordinary and immerse yourself in the peace and beauty of the desert. Wildlife Disclaimer Please note that the property is located in the desert and near the mountains, where encounters with local wildlife (such as insects, lizards, snakes, or small animals) are a normal part of the environment. For your safety, we ask that you keep a respectful distance from any wildlife you may see on or around the property. In most cases, they pass through on their own without issue. If you ever feel that wildlife poses an immediate threat for example, if it is in high-traffic areas like near the pool, patio, or entryways; please contact us right away so we can assist. [Pet Policy] Limit: 2 dogs, up to 100 lbs each Please clean up after your pets Fees: $50 for stays up to 5 days; $10/day for longer stays Unfortunately, cats are not allowed due to housekeeping allergies [Smoking Policy] Smoking is prohibited inside the home Outdoor smoking is permitted 20 feet from the house or in our Arizona-Room [Climate Advisory] Arizona’s summer heat can be intense.
