A fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and a dedicated workspace with high-speed WiFi meet all your needs. Escape the ordinary and immerse yourself in the peace and beauty of the desert. Wildlife Disclaimer Please note that the property is located in the desert and near the mountains, where encounters with local wildlife (such as insects, lizards, snakes, or small animals) are a normal part of the environment. For your safety, we ask that you keep a respectful distance from any wildlife you may see on or around the property. In most cases, they pass through on their own without issue. If you ever feel that wildlife poses an immediate threat for example, if it is in high-traffic areas like near the pool, patio, or entryways; please contact us right away so we can assist. [Pet Policy] Limit: 2 dogs, up to 100 lbs each Please clean up after your pets Fees: $50 for stays up to 5 days; $10/day for longer stays Unfortunately, cats are not allowed due to housekeeping allergies [Smoking Policy] Smoking is prohibited inside the home Outdoor smoking is permitted 20 feet from the house or in our Arizona-Room [Climate Advisory] Arizona’s summer heat can be intense. While our air conditioning ensures comfort, it may take time to cool during extreme temperatures. Please plan accordingly and conserve energy. [Swim Spa/Maintenance] $20/night (heated or not). Cleaned and maintained by a trusted third-party service provider for your safety and comfort. Please reach out a day before your arrival so we can provide instructions. [Garage] Please note that the garage is off limits to guests. It is reserved for use by the homeowner and our maintenance team for storage and upkeep purposes. We kindly ask that you refrain from accessing or storing any items in the garage during your stay. Thank you for your understanding! Please note that the swim spa is not heated by default.
