After a day of theme‑park thrills, you step onto the patio and hear the soft splash of your private pool, inviting you to unwind. The scent of fresh coffee drifts from the kitchen, promising a relaxed morning before the short drive to Disney or Universal. Here, space and comfort blend with resort amenities, giving your group room to recharge together and apart. Sleeping arrangements Five bedrooms accommodate up to ten guests. The downstairs bedroom holds a queen bed for convenient main‑floor sleeping. Upstairs, three bedrooms each feature a king bed, providing spacious retreats. The fifth bedroom offers a twin bunk bed and a single bed, perfect for younger travelers or friends sharing a room. Indoor living The large living area centers on a flat‑screen TV and ample seating, ideal for movie nights or planning the next day’s adventures. Throughout the home you’ll find air conditioning, a ceiling fan, heating, and a washer‑dryer combo for everyday comfort. A dedicated workspace lets you catch up on emails or plan itineraries in peace. Kitchen & dining A full kitchen supplies a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, toaster, coffee maker and other basics. Gather around the indoor dining table for breakfast before heading out, or share a home‑cooked dinner after a busy day at the parks. Outdoor living Step outside to your private pool, a refreshing spot to cool off under the Florida sun. Pool heat is available as an add‑on for an additional charge. Comfortable outdoor furniture provides a place to lounge, read, or enjoy an evening drink. Resort access Your stay includes free entry to The Retreat at ChampionsGate, where you can enjoy a resort‑style pool with water slide, cabanas, lazy river, tiki bar, fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball and tennis courts. The community also offers a public 18‑hole golf course, driving range, putting green and golf clubhouse. Regardless of your interests, The Retreat at ChampionsGate promises endless enjoyment for everyone in your family. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guests reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. Balcony Safety Notice Please be advised that the internal balcony is not intended for climbing, sitting, or leaning over. For your safety, do not walk on, climb over, or place weight on the railing. Children must be supervised at all times in this area. Management and ownership are not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from misuse of the balcony or failure to supervise minors. We appreciate your understanding!
