The Candy Land room is one of the home's signature experiences, transforming an ordinary bedroom into a colorful candy kingdom filled with oversized sweets, towering candy structures, whimsical pathways and a spectacular castle-inspired design. Three bunk beds provide six individual Twin sleeping spaces, making this room perfect for cousins, siblings and groups of children who want the sleepover to become part of the vacation itself. A King bed sleeps two guests. 👨👩👧👦 DESIGNED FOR LARGE & MULTIGENERATIONAL FAMILIES Game On! Orlando can accommodate up to 29 guests, but the layout is particularly useful because those guests aren't simply being placed wherever a bed can fit. The five themed bedrooms provide 21 sleeping spaces, while the four private King bedrooms accommodate another eight guests. For multigenerational groups, the configuration works particularly well for up to 10 adults based on the available beds: eight adults can occupy the four King bedrooms, while two additional adults can share the Full bed in the Monopoly room. The remaining themed Twin beds make it possible for children, teenagers, cousins and siblings to share the experience without turning living rooms or common spaces into sleeping areas. That makes Game On! Orlando particularly well suited to large family vacations, extended-family gatherings, multiple families traveling together and multigenerational Disney trips. 🕹️ THE MAIN GAME ROOM At Game On! Orlando, “game room” means much more than putting a pool table in the garage. One of the home's dedicated entertainment areas brings together classic arcade gaming, billiards, basketball and oversized interactive games in a colorful space created for competition between generations. Guests can challenge each other at the multi-game arcade, shoot hoops on the basketball arcade game or start a family pool tournament. Look down and you'll discover that even the floor gets involved—the room incorporates a giant Twister-inspired design. Oversized interactive games and game-themed décor complete a space where parents, kids and grandparents can all find something to play. And because this is a dedicated entertainment area, the fun doesn't have to take over the main living room. 🐉 A SECOND GAME & TABLETOP AREA One game room wasn't enough. A second entertainment area introduces a completely different atmosphere, with a fantasy castle-inspired setting designed around tabletop games and friendly competition. Gather around the large central game table, challenge someone to shuffleboard, or slow things down over chess or checkers. Stone-inspired walls, dramatic medieval details and dragon-themed décor make this space feel entirely different from the colorful arcade area downstairs. Together, the two entertainment spaces allow different groups to enjoy different activities at the same time. 🌴 PRIVATE POOL, SPA & WATERSLIDE The games don't stop when you step outside. The private screened pool area was designed to become another major gathering space for the group. Cool off in the private swimming pool, relax in the attached spa, or make another trip down the home's private waterslide. Because the entire pool area is screened, guests can enjoy the outdoor Florida lifestyle while remaining directly connected to the house. A removable pool safety fence is also provided for families traveling with young children. Optional pool and spa heating is available. Because the spa uses the same heating system as the swimming pool, spa heat is included when pool heat is purchased rather than offered separately. Full heating details and pricing will be explained in the booking information. 🎬 YOUR OWN POOLSIDE MOVIE EXPERIENCE One of Game On! Orlando's most unusual features is waiting beside the pool. A giant private outdoor screen lets your group turn an evening at home into a poolside movie night. Float in the pool, settle into the outdoor seating or gather the family together and enjoy your favorite entertainment under the Florida sky. Streaming apps are available on the entertainment system, with guests simply signing into their own streaming accounts. Unlike many resort amenities, this screen belongs to the home itself and is available for your group to enjoy during the reservation. ☀️ COVERED LANAI & OUTDOOR LIVING Not everyone has to be in the water to enjoy the pool area. The covered lanai provides space for relaxing, dining and spending time together outside, with comfortable seating, ceiling fans and views across the pool. Sun loungers and additional outdoor seating create places to unwind throughout the day, while an oversized covered daybed offers another comfortable spot for enjoying the Florida weather. There's even more play outside, including a giant Connect Four-style game for another round of family competition. A gas BBQ grill can also be arranged for guests who want to add a cookout to their vacation experience. Rental details will be provided separately. 🍽️ KITCHEN & DINING FOR THE WHOLE GROUP A house built for large families needs a kitchen capable of bringing them together. The open kitchen features a spacious island, stainless-steel appliances, generous preparation space and the everyday cookware and utensils needed for vacation meals. Coffee drinkers will find a Keurig Duo, allowing the group to prepare individual K-Cups or a traditional pot of coffee. The adjacent dining area seats 10 guests around the main table, while the kitchen island provides seating for another five. Together, that's 15 dedicated dining seats between the table and island—ideal for breakfasts before the parks, family dinners or simply gathering everyone around to plan the next day's Orlando adventure. 🛋️ OPEN LIVING AREA The main living room connects naturally with the kitchen and dining spaces, giving the home a central gathering area when everyone wants to be together. A large sectional provides plenty of room to relax, while the open-concept layout keeps conversations flowing between the kitchen, dining area and living room. Large sliding doors connect the interior directly with the pool and covered lanai, helping the indoor and outdoor spaces function as one larger social area. Game On! Orlando includes several baby and toddler amenities already at the property, including a crib, double stroller and high chairs, as well as the removable pool safety fence. Additional baby equipment may also be available by advance request, depending on availability and the item required. Additional fees may apply to specially requested equipment. This is another reason the home's configuration works particularly well for families bringing together several generations under one roof. 🧺 LAUNDRY & EVERYDAY CONVENIENCE A full-size washer and dryer are available inside the home, making longer stays and large-family trips much easier. Guests also have high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property for streaming, remote work, trip planning and keeping everyone connected. The goal is simple: provide the practical conveniences of home while surrounding your family with an experience they couldn't recreate at home. 🌴 CHAMPIONSGATE RESORT EXPERIENCE Your reservation isn't limited to what you'll find inside Game On! Orlando. Registered Retreat guests currently have access to both the Oasis Club and Retreat Club, along with eligible ChampionsGate community facilities. The Oasis Club adds an entirely separate resort day to the vacation, with amenities that currently include a heated zero-entry lazy river, waterslide, interactive splash zone, heated quiet pool, spa, fitness center, arcade, movie theater, sand volleyball, restaurant and poolside Tiki Bar. Additional Retreat and community recreational facilities include options such as basketball, beach volleyball, soccer, playground and tennis access. So on a day when your family isn't visiting Orlando's theme parks, you don't have to choose between staying home and finding something to do. POOL, SPA & PROPERTY LIABILITY WAIVER By confirming and securing a reservation, the registered renter acknowledges and agrees that they, along with all members of their party and invited guests, assume all risks and responsibilities associated with the use of the swimming pool, spa, and property, including but not limited to accidents, personal injury, serious bodily harm, drowning, or death. The registered renter accepts responsibility for the safety, conduct, and supervision of all occupants and guests during their stay. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the registered renter agrees to release and hold harmless the property owner and management company from liability arising from the use of the pool, spa, and property, except where such liability cannot legally be waived. By securing a reservation, the registered renter acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. 🧾 ADDITIONAL DETAILS & IMPORTANT INFORMATION • Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requires advance approval and may carry an additional fee. • Pool & Spa Heat: Optional at $49/night. The attached spa uses the same heating system as the pool and cannot be heated separately. Weather conditions can affect water temperature, and a specific temperature cannot be guaranteed. • BBQ Grill: Available for $75 per reservation when requested in advance. • No Pets: Pets are not permitted. Unauthorized animals may result in a minimum $500 penalty plus applicable cleaning/damage costs. Legally protected service animals are handled according to applicable requirements. • No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Violations are subject to a $1,500 penalty, plus applicable remediation costs. • Parking: Approximately 2–3 standard vehicles fit in the driveway depending on size. Street parking is permitted in designated areas subject to ChampionsGate HOA rules. Never block sidewalks, driveways, hydrants or restricted/yellow-curb areas. • Gate Access: ChampionsGate is gated. All drivers/vehicles requiring entry must be registered before arrival. Please submit requested information promptly. • Security: One exterior doorbell camera monitors the entrance for guest and property safety. There are no cameras inside the home. • Resort Amenities: Eligible registered guests have access to ChampionsGate community amenities; availability, operating hours and individual facilities are controlled by the resort/HOA and may change. • Streaming: The outdoor movie system provides access to streaming apps; guests use their own subscription credentials. • No Parties: Parties, events, excessive noise and unregistered gatherings are prohibited.

Orlando is located inside The Retreat at ChampionsGate, one of Central Florida's established gated vacation-home communities, combining a private resort-home experience with convenient access to Orlando's world-famous attractions. The location works particularly well for families who want more than a house near the theme parks. You can spend the morning exploring Disney, return home for an afternoon in your private pool, or dedicate an entire day to the resort without getting back in the car. Registered Retreat guests currently receive access to both the Oasis Club and Retreat Club, along with additional eligible community recreational facilities. The Retreat HOA confirms guest access to both clubhouses, community sports facilities and selected Masters/Country Club amenities. At the Oasis Club At ChampionsGate, guests can currently enjoy a heated zero-entry lazy river, waterslide, interactive splash zone, heated quiet pool, spa, fitness center, arcade, 26-seat movie theater, sand volleyball, restaurant, Tiki Bar and more. Some optional services, including private cabanas, may carry separate charges. Guests also have access to the The Retreat Club and other eligible recreational facilities throughout the community. So even on a day away from the theme parks, your family has plenty to do—without leaving ChampionsGate.

The community transitioned to the SymLiv gate-access system with license-plate recognition during 2026. For The Retreat, the HOA currently permits a maximum of 6 registered vehicles per home, although the property's physical parking capacity is lower. Before arrival, we may request information for each primary driver and vehicle so that access can be properly arranged. Important: The name/vehicle information submitted for access should be accurate. Guests should follow the gate instructions provided before arrival rather than relying solely on GPS, as some ChampionsGate entrances are intended for residents or may not accommodate an initial guest check-in. The HOA specifically directs first-time arriving guests toward staffed/approved entry points. Please complete requested gate-registration information promptly before arrival to help avoid delays at the community entrance. 🚗 PARKING The private driveway generally accommodates approximately 2–3 standard passenger vehicles, depending on vehicle size. Additional street parking is currently permitted within The Retreat at ChampionsGate, subject to HOA parking regulations. Cars parked on the street must remain within approximately 12 inches of the curb. Parking is not permitted: - On grass or landscaping - On sidewalks or where a sidewalk is blocked - In areas with yellow curbs - In front of fire hydrants - At intersections - In front of mailboxes where prohibited - Blocking another home's driveway Vehicles parked in violation of community rules may be subject to enforcement or towing. Do not assume clubhouse parking can be used for overnight overflow parking. Although the community allows up to six vehicles to be registered for a Retreat home, that is an entry limit and not a guarantee of six dedicated parking spaces at the property. 🏊 PRIVATE POOL & ATTACHED SPA Your reservation includes private use of the home's: Swimming pool · Attached spa · Waterslide · Pool deck The pool and spa may be enjoyed without purchasing heat. POOL & SPA HEAT — $49/NIGHT Pool heating is optional. The attached spa is connected to the pool's heating system and cannot be heated separately. Guests who wish to enjoy heated pool/spa water must add pool heat to the reservation. Advance notice is strongly recommended. Pool temperature can be affected by outdoor weather conditions, particularly during colder periods. While the system will be activated as requested, a specific water temperature cannot be guaranteed. 💦 WATERSLIDE The private pool features its own waterslide, exclusively for guests staying at the home. 🎬 GIANT OUTDOOR MOVIE SCREEN Use of the large private poolside entertainment screen is included with the reservation. Streaming apps are available through the system; guests should sign into supported services using their own personal streaming accounts. For privacy and security, guests should remember to log out of personal streaming accounts before departure. 🔥 BBQ GRILL — $75/RESERVATION Want to enjoy a family cookout by the pool? BBQ grill use can be arranged for a one-time $75 fee per reservation. Please request it in advance so it can be prepared for your stay. Propane included. 🐾 STRICT NO-PET POLICY This property does not allow pets. Bringing an unauthorized animal onto the property may result in a minimum $500 penalty, plus any additional cleaning, sanitization, deodorization or damage costs incurred. Legally protected service animals are handled in accordance with applicable law and platform requirements. 🚭 STRICT NO-SMOKING POLICY — $1,500 FEE Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, cigars and marijuana—is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors, including patios, pool deck and yard. Any violation will result in an immediate $1,500 penalty fee, potential cancellation of the stay without refund, and responsibility for professional deep cleaning, deodorization and any related remediation costs. 🔔 SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE For the safety and security of our guests and property, there is one exterior doorbell camera located at the home's entrance. The camera faces the exterior entry area. There are no cameras inside the home. 👶 BABY & TODDLER ITEMS Traveling with little ones? Parties, unauthorized events, disruptive gatherings and occupancy beyond the confirmed reservation are prohibited. 🌡️ AIR CONDITIONING Please keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running. To protect the system from freezing or damage, the thermostat should not be set below 70°F. 🏊 POOL SAFETY Children must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times in and around the pool, spa and waterslide. A removable pool safety fence is provided, but it is not a substitute for adult supervision. No diving, running on the pool deck or unsafe use of the waterslide is permitted. Never tamper with pool equipment, valves, heaters or controls. Contact us if assistance is needed. 🗑️ TRASH Please place bagged household trash inside the designated trash bench/box at the front of the the home and keep the lid securely closed. Do not leave loose trash or bags beside the container. 🏠 HOME CARE & DAMAGES Please treat the home, themed bedrooms, custom décor, games and entertainment equipment with care. Do not climb, hang from or move decorative structures unless they are specifically designed for guest use. Guests are responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence or violation of house rules. 🎮 GAME ROOMS & THEMED STRUCTURES Children should be supervised when using games, bunk beds, climbing steps or custom themed structures. Furniture, arcade equipment and decorative elements should not be moved or repositioned. Please use all equipment only as intended. 🍽️ KITCHEN & DEPARTURE COURTESY Before departure, please place used dishes in the dishwasher and start a cycle when possible.
