This 100 year-old inn boasts a 10-bedroom, 6-bathroom rental comprised of 4 separate, condos that can accommodate up to 24 guests. Unbeatable year-round location: Across the street from the Matterhorn Bar, less than a mile from Stowe Mountain Resort and the Stowe Cross Country Center, 3-minute drive to Topnotch resort, less than a ten-minute drive from Mount Mansfield, Smuggler’s Notch, and Underhill State Park, 10-minute drive to downtown Stowe, walkable to swimming holes. This historic inn has 3 floors and 5 units in total. This listing is for 4 out of 5 units across two floors. You may be sharing the common areas in and around the building with other guests during your stay. There is no elevator on site, you must climb multiple flights of stairs to access all of the units. None of the units have interior stairs to access rooms. Please inquire if you would like to rent any of the units separately or rent additional units. Summer travelers: Scenic Biking/Downhill biking, hiking, and swimming within walking distance from the front door: Ranch Brook is right at the end of the road from us (2-minute walk) - great spot for some fly fishing and casual waterfront time, 10-minute walk (less than half a mile) to the more well known Fosters swimming hole - a summer swimming destination for those that know it! *IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS* -We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older. -We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. -We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only. -We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. -Pets are not allowed at this property. -Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted. -We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
