Stay at this cute beach cottage, steps away from world-class surfing and the ocean! This one-bedroom, one-bath unit also has a living area with a smart TV equipped for streaming and a kitchenette. It's comfortable, clean and a great place to call home while visiting Santa Cruz! 30+ day Min Stay. Fully Furnished with Utilities Included. This is an older property but modern updates have been made to make for a comfortable stay! - Comfortably sleeps up to 2 guests - 1 bedroom - 1 bathroom - 1 reserved parking space in the shared driveway. There is free parking on the street as well. - Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker - Living room - The main fenced-in yard is shared with two other units on the property but you do have a private patio area with a dining table which can be accessed through a private gate. - The home is stocked with a Supply Starter Kit. This kit includes commonly used items like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. Once these items are diminished, we are available to restock for an additional cost. Please notify us if you are interested in this. Note: - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable). - NO PETS Pleasure Point is a beloved coastal neighborhood. Known for its world-class surfing, laid-back ambiance, and breathtaking ocean views, it's a haven for beachgoers and water enthusiasts. The iconic surf breaks like "The Hook" attract surfers from around the world. This vibrant community boasts a unique blend of surf shops, cafes, and local boutiques. Stroll along East Cliff Drive, savor fresh seafood, or catch a mesmerizing sunset from the cliffs. With its bohemian spirit and proximity to the lively Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Pleasure Point offers a quintessential California beach experience. This is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property. - Although we love pets, we have some guests with severe allergies and for that reason cannot allow any pets. - We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you. - TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. There are no cable or local channels. - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason. -By booking this home, you agree to a $2,500 Security Deposit authorization hold on your card that will run 2 days before you check out and if there are no damages, will be released in full 7 days later automatically. If there are damages found, the funds from the hold will be used to replace or repair broken or missing items or for additional cleaning up to, but not limited to the maximum security hold (only applies to bookings not made through Airbnb)
