Cancellations 60+ days prior are refundable; within 59 days or less, refunds do not apply. • Dec 18 – Jan 5 and Thanksgiving Week: 50% deposit required at booking (non-refundable), balance due 90 days prior to arrival. No date changes allowed during this season, except in cases of force majeure (valid for 11 months). No refunds for rate changes. Note: A US$ 150 administration fee applies to all full refunds if paid by wire transfer.
