If a dog is left unattended and a neighbor calls to complain, renter will be charged a $200 fee. Dog must be house trained. Weight must be less than 30 lbs. No pets on furniture. The renter assumes responsibility for all extra cleaning needed such as emergency carpet cleaning, furniture replacement, and or emergency laundromat use for bulky items like comforters and pillows.
